How to Purchase

Buying an individual logo loop or collection of logo loops online is as easy as wearing our product – VERY SIMPLE! Go to either CUSTOMIZED LOOPS or READY-MADE LOOPS and read the easy –to –follow directions. With either option, you will find a shopping cart that will allow you to add items as well as remove them from your order. You will be given the option to continue shopping or to check out at any point during your shopping experience as well as update your quantities in anyway.

Shipping Cost for Online Purchases

Logo loops, LLC is happy to offer a flat rate UPS shipping fee for any size order that is shipped. Your total check-out costs will include a $3.99 shipping fee regardless of how many items that you purchase.

Paying for Your Online Retail Order

When you are finished shopping you will need to return to the shopping cart (if it is not already open). Please use the Shopping Cart icon and double click on it to open. Once you are in the shopping cart drop-down menu, click on “proceed to check-out”. This will lead you to the PayPal sign-in page, where you can sign in to pay with your PayPal account or use a credit card as your method of payment. Please note – that paying with a PayPal account is simply an OPTION. You are not required to pay with PayPal. If you do not choose to pay with PayPal or do not have a current PayPal account please follow the instructions from here to pay with your personal credit card. Please make certain to fill in all fields including a CURRENT shipping address.

If you find yourself having trouble with the website and are not comfortable with making a purchase online, please feel free to call our offices at 314-359-0051 and we will take your payment information over the phone. If we are unavailable, please leave a message with your contact information and we will be certain to call you back within the next 24 hours.

Receipt and Confirmation of Your Online Retail Order

After your payment transaction is complete, you will receive an automatic email from PayPal (if you have paid with PayPal). Or…. Within 48 hours of receipt, you will receive a confirmation from us confirming your order. In either case, when you receive confirmation of your order, please check to make sure that all billing and shipping information is correct. Again, please call us at 314-359-0051 and we will be happy to review and/or correct all details with you.

Ship Time and Method

We will ship all "READY-MADE" product orders sent to us within 2-3 business days. All goods will go via UPS ground at a standard flat rate of $3.99 regardless of size.

If you require expedited shipping, please either email us at logoloops@yahoo.com or phone us at 314-359-0051 and we will give you a quote on either next day, 2nd day or 3rd day UPS deliveries. This increased fee will be added to your total in order to get you your product to you according to your timing needs.

Product Availability

We stock all ready-made loops! In fact, we have them coming out of our ears! However,.......... We will either 1) provide you with a realistic ship date 2) offer you an exchange in style, color etc..or 3) offer you a full refund.

Returns

Any product that arrives in less than perfect condition or differs from your expectations may be returned for a full refund less shipping fees. If you wish to return a product, please send us an email at logoloops@yahoo.com within 3 business days of receiving the product. Please include 1)your name 2)your PayPal receipt and order date 3) a brief description of the nature of the problem.
